Tips for Choosing Eyeglasses

Currently, the glasses are not only used by people who have a deficiency in his eyes, but now has become part of fashion.
Here are tips for choosing glasses that suit to your face shape...
  • Round faces
    If you have a round face, you better use glasses that have a square frame with a slightly wider lens so that your face look longer.
  • Heart faces
    This face shape has a broad forehead and pointed chin. Use the rimless glasses, with a lens that extends downward to disguise the cheekbones.
  • Square face
    Square face has a strong jaw shape. You better use glasses with elliptical frame to disguise the shape of the jaw.
  • Triangular face
    Triangular face has a narrow forehead, but has wide jaw and cheek area. You should use glasses with a thick edge and widened upwards. make sure you choose glasses that can balance the top and bottom of your faces.
  • Oval face
    Use glasses with thick frames and wide laterally to strengthen the character of your face.

Tips on Caring for Eyeglasses

Eyeglasses is very important for patients with farsightedness or nearsightedness, so we must always take care and keep it well to make it more durable and comfortable to use. Learn some tips on caring for glasses below: 
  • Grasp both handles when wearing or release it glasses. This is to avoid changing the glasses setting.
  • When not in use, place the glasses in the open position with the lens facing up.
  • Save the glasses on the glasses box. Try not to put the glasses in a pocket or purse without protection.
  • Do not forget to clean the glasses after doing activity, especially after exercise or other activities that secrete sweat. 
  • To wash, use special cleaning glasses or hand soap water and rinse with clean water. Dry the lens with a soft tissue or using special cloth for glasses.
