Tips to Reduce Eye Bags and Tired Eyes

Eyes is one important part in the human face. Therefore, special care needed to keep our eyes look more refreshed, radiant and glow. If we do not sleep enough, our eyes will get tired, it can cause dark circles under the eyes, eye bags and puffy eyes.

Tips to reduce eye bags and tired eyes:
  • Compress the eye with slices of cucumber is believed to overcome the tired eyes. Select fresh cucumber with a diameter in accordance with our eyes, then slice. Lie down, close your eyes, place cucumber slices on eyelids, then let stand for 1 hour. Your eyes will feel cool and swollen eyes will be cured.
  • Pure olive oil is also believed to be able to overcome lower eyelids resulting from lack of sleep and age factors. Do massage around the bottom of the eye with olive oil, so the eye can return to normal. Pure olive oil moisturizing and other active ingredients that can calm the optic nerve.
  • Eye mask made of cucumbers and milk powder is also efficacious to overcome the swollen eye. Mix two teaspoons of grated cucumber with a teaspoon of milk powder until evenly distributed. Put this mixture on the upper and lower eyelids, then let stand for 15 minutes. Rinse clean with cold water.
  • Dark circles under the eyes can also be eliminated by using potatoes. Grate the potatoes have been peeled and washed, put on a porous fabric and tie. Place the cloth with the grated potatoes in areas with a black circle, let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Compress the eye with sliced tomatoes and tea bags are also believed to overcome tired eyes.

  1. Intense use of eyes usually cause tiredness in your eyes. Its not a disease but a symptom which can be cured using eye drops for tired eyes
